Cylindrical insulators with external/external thread are suitable for structures where a straight and sturdy attachment between rails and other conductive parts is required. The external thread at both ends makes it easier to install the insulators in a row and enables clear alignments in rails, brackets and switchgear. The solution is well suited for electrical panels, distribution cabinets, industrial control systems and other busbar solutions.

Cylindrical insulators combine good electrical insulation with strong mechanical strength. The body is usually made of glass fiber reinforced insulating material that is resistant to vibration, mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations. A properly sized insulator holds the rails and components securely in place and helps maintain safe distances between the body and different voltage levels.

External/external threaded cylindrical insulators are suitable for both new installations and upgrades of old panels. With different thread sizes, lengths and diameters, a wide range of structures can be implemented, from small control circuits to heavier busbars. When the insulator is sized according to the loads of the site, the service life of the system is extended and the need for maintenance remains low.
