Cylindrical insulators with internal/internal thread – easy and secure installation
Cylindrical insulators with internal/internal thread are suitable for applications where reliable electrical insulation and clearly defined distances between components are required. The internal thread at both ends facilitates the attachment of rails, rail clamps, brackets and other components. The solution is well suited for electrical panels, switchgear, distribution cabinets and various industrial control systems.
Cylindrical insulators combine good electrical insulation performance with strong mechanical strength. Typically, the material used is glass fiber reinforced plastic or other insulating material that is resistant to vibration, temperature fluctuations and electrical load. The insulator holds the rails and conductive parts firmly in place and helps maintain safe distances even after a long period of use.
The cylindrical insulator with internal/internal thread is suitable for both new installations and modernizations. With different thread sizes and lengths, a wide variety of structures can be realized. This means that the same product family can be used in both lighter control circuits and heavier busbars with higher mechanical loads.
